In the meantime, we have a great partnership with SalesMSG and Sakari.io that allow users to set up their Aircall numbers with these SMS tools to then send text messages directly out of HubSpot. We are actively in the process of developing native SMS along with its integration to HubSpot. We have a local team in Europe, extended support hours, and even local voice carrier to guarantee call quality and optimal prices in all geographies. The integration can also work with Hubspot Workflows, and offers automatic ticket creation in Service Hub.
On incoming calls, HubSpot contact and deal information will also be displayed in the Aircall app during inbound/outbound calls. From that point on, all calls will automatically log to the contact time line with all call data (timestamp, duration, phone line used, call outcome), call recording, and call notes. We build custom plans for all of our customers depending on their specific needs, but to keep it simple, our entry-level Essentials plan with unlimited inbound and outbound minutes (except toll-free) is billed $30/user/month on annual billing, while our Pro plan is at $50/user/mo.
